Cedar & Cove was born from a love of nature—and a need to return to it.

Our founders, Courtenay and Nick, first connected in the wild. From remote campsites in British Columbia to winding drives through mountain passes, nature became their sanctuary, a place to recharge, reconnect, and breathe deeply. As their family grew, so did the ritual of walking forest trails, listening to the wind in the cedars, and finding stillness in the beauty around them.

Life is fuller now, and louder too. But the need for calm remains.

Cedar & Cove is our way of bringing that calm into everyday life. Every scent we create is a return to the wild, crafted to echo the hush of the woods, the pull of the tide, and the clarity that comes with fresh air and soft light. We believe scent has the power to transport you, to anchor you in the present, and to remind you of the simple beauty in slowing down.

Our candles are hand-poured in small batches in British Columbia, using sustainable ingredients and thoughtfully sourced materials. From our signature cement vessels to our nature-inspired fragrance blends, each detail is designed to create not just a product, but an experience, a quiet moment, rooted in nature.
